David Crane was absolutely disrespectful when I spoke to him. When calling, he did not identify the company. Then after all the stuff he said I won and what I would have to pay for, I made a mistake in asking the name of the company and that I needed to look it up. He became irate stating its a 5 star company as well as over talking me several times. Because of him I will alway post this is a horrible company.
