"Bad service!"
Purchased a kiln (£800) from them, it arrived with a very loose base. I emailed them and after 3 days they told me it should be like that. I said I wasn’t happy and it took another 4 days for them to suggest a fix.
Meantime I contacted the kids maker and they talked me through a fix in minutes.
So Warm Glass not only told lies about the base needing to be loose, they were very slow at responding.
Bad service Warm Glass, bad service!
Update... Warm Glass have been in touch to check if there’s still an issue and to give some explanation as to the delay. However no explanation as to why I was informed that the kiln base should be loose when according to the makers it should lock tight,

"Brilliant reliable service"
I’ve been dealing with Warm Glass for over 5 years now. Never had a problem, only ever had one thing I’d ordered go out of stock and they rang to ask if I’d like to delay the entire order until it was restocked or have it delivered in a couple of packages. The sheet glass is always well packaged and delivery times are great too. Top notch service!
