Your agent, Rose Morrissey Palvus Travel accused me of ordering the travel insurance at the end of 2023 She charged my account $599 plus a $25 deposit. She accused I ordered her to buy insurance. My cruise is in March 2026, why I will buy my insurance from her because I always buy my travel insurance for a whole year. I am a frequent traveler. I don't remember I called her to pay my $25 deposit plus Insurance. I emailed to pay my $25 deposit for March 2026 river cruise. She said after I bought it, it was not refundable. Does it make sense I buy insurance almost three years ahead before my departure? I never do that. She said she is asking management to call me I doubt someone will contact me. Will Craig Pavlus look into this case and solve it? My booking #7857343. My first billing statement showed I declined the insurance protection plan. She charged my account on 12/15/2023 for $624 ($599 insurance plus $25 deposit) I need my $599 insurance reimbursement. I have photocopies ready to submit and proof of my request. Please contact me to solve this issue. I believe Pavlus Travel is a good and experienced company. You will handle my travel insurance refunds. Can I speak to your CEO, Craig Pavlus?

"Viking Ocean Cruise-significant savings using Pavlus"

We booked our first Viking Ocean cruise through Pavlus. We just completed the trip in May and it was a very good experience. We worked with Taylor at Pavlus and she answered all our questions in an honest and straight forward manner right away. They were easy to communicate with by email and phone. It was nice to be able to get questions answered and not wait forever on hold like we did with another huge travel company. We definitely saved a lot of money by using Pavlus and the onboard ship credits were a big plus. They even paid me a referral fee when my sister booked the same trip with us. I will definitely be using them again.

Annette is the absolute best and I have referred many travelers to her. I cannot recommend Pavlus highly enough - they know their stuff and are always working for the benefit of the traveler.

It was good to know there was a staff of people ready to help us out when we hit any snags. Would recommend you all for sure!

My friend and I just got back from a cruise on The Pride Of America to Hawaii. I would highly recommend this cruise. We were very happy with the service and help from all the employees. Great way to go cruise around and see 5 islands. You could stay on the ship or get off and explore.

Pavlus assisted me on two vacation events. First a global cruise on Viking from Dec. 2023 until May 5th, 2024, and a Trafalgar bus tour of the Scottish Highlands in May 2024. My primary contact is Fia.
Pavlus is like most travel agencies today. They process and administrate your orders. So, Pavlus made sure I got what I should have from Viking and Trafalgar. They respond to my requests. I'm not sure they would act like a traditional or old-time travel agency. That would be an agency that would actually plan my vacation. In other words, I would say to them "I want to take a cruise around the world". They would plan the best cruise around to world for me, knowing my likes and dislikes. I don't know of any travel agency that works quite like that.

I have used Pavlus for over 20 years. My daughters and some friends do as well. The referral bonus is great, but I just want others to get the service I do. Lauren is very responsive and during busy times gets back to me. I find the best way to use an agent is search and find the itinerary you want using other sites with good options like vacationstogo.com, but don't book with them. Call your agent and say this is where, when and the cruise line I want, saves both of you a lot of time. I like Celebrity, Holland America, NCL and Princes having done 26 cruises. Also use U-Tube and watch Don's family vacations and La Lido Loca for tips and helpful info. Always fly into the departure port the day before. Insurance is important, especially if you have health issues.
