I couldn’t recommend enough! Super organised, great communication and personalised vacancy recommendations from the start. It started with a quick application and filling out a survey to curate a personalised CV. I was allocated a mentor- Matthew. He was super easy to speak to and great at meeting clients wants and wishes. He recommended vacancies that suited my preferences and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and prepared for my interview. Nowskills landed me a super interesting digital marketing role with a reputable company, alongside a custom CV which helped land me the role. If you have been struggling to find an appropriate apprenticeship, or lacking any guidance in the process- Nowskills is the way to go.

"Shockingly Unorganised."
Originally, this was a £5 star review because they offer £30 amazon gift cards if you leave 3 5 stars on various websites but I've had to change it.
I've been enrolled since the end of August and my course only 'started' on 13th November. This 'start' wasn't with my actual tutor since he was on a Honeymoon. Which is obviously fine but now it's been 2 weeks since I was told that and still nothing. I've had 3 tasks assigned, 1 of which is literally to have someone else teach me through Linkedin.
I am so grateful for them finding me my current position as I absolutely love working here. I've learnt more from being at my job through my employers arranging me meetings with people from Click Convert explaining Google Anyaltics, and having an introduction to the basics of coding from our IT person.
Now Skills has taught me nothing after months of being on the course, and my manager has agreed now to switch me to a different course if nothing changes.
The absolute incompetence from NowSkills was really highlighted when we had a new apprentice join us from a different agency and their course started the day they walked in the door and have already had 1 on 1 meetings with their tutor. Mine on the other hand, I don't even have an email for.
NowSkills people are all really nice and friendly but I have the feeling they lack organisation skills and take on too many people simply for the sake of money when they can't handle it.
I truly hope I get switched to another agency soon.
UPDATE:
So my first lesson after being on their course from August was scheduled for this week (2nd week of January) which has now been cancelled due to lack of staff. I've been with them for 5 months, or am supposed to be with them for 5 months anyway, and now my first lesson has been delayed by another month.
This is ridiculous. Very unsatisfied.

I registered with nowskills for digital marketing apprenticeship three and half weeks ago and during the waiting period, I had to send my application twice as the first one didn’t get through even though they didn’t let me know after I have waited for a whole week and also got a reply saying they started to look around for apprenticeship around my area so I thought my application moved onto the next stage. Nowskills also didn’t reply back even after I have left them a message saying I wish to have a straight answer as to whether my application is received, rejected or anything but none which shocked me as an provider company with 5 stars reviews and with me being polite all the way throughout. Terrible customer services as there is no replies and giving hope while not doing anything.
