From ordering to delivery the service was flawless. Charlotte was brilliant, so helpful and patient. The bespoke Chesterfield 3seater sofa bed is beautiful, the colour, the quality, the workmanship, all outstanding. I can’t praise Saxon enough, I bought furniture from them many years ago and it has definitely stood the test of time, this is the reason I waited to buy from Saxon. So worth the money, I had no intention of looking anywhere else, I know quality when I see it. Thank You Saxon.

I was able to contact Sofas by Saxon easily, by phone and email, and my questions were answered promptly and I was able to get a computer-generated image of sofa I wanted in different colourways and also recieved samples of different colours. When sofa arrived, it was better than expected. Delivery arrived as scheduled and men were very helpful in unpacking the sofas, putting on feet and offered to put in position I wanted.I am so delighted with the quality and feel of the leather and the sofas are SO comfy. I chose the firmest sofas I could as I suffer from backpain and felt this would help (which it has)The service from enquiry to delivery was first class and I never felt in anyway under pressure to buy (unlike some stores I looked at for new sofas) and the price was excellent for the quality of the sofas

I ordered my kendal set, including riser recliner, through the Bolton showroom as I wanted velvet. The perfect cushion filler was selected and I even chose higher feet for the sofa to make it more suitable, the bespoke options were endless. Two lads came to construct my furniture in my lounge as the house access wasn’t great, so this was a huge plus! I have had many a compliment from visitors, and have received my ideal furniture that will keep me comfortable for years to come.

Could not rate this Company highly enough, the quality is outstanding on the furniture they make for a start.
We now know the After Sales Service is also brilliant, one of our chairs well over 20 years old had the seat cushion lining underneath split.
Its been heavily used and the rest was still in great condition.
From the time we first emailed them to ask if they could repair it the communication has been excellent and very prompt Shaun Martin and his Team outstanding.
A week after sending them the seat cover it was back on the chair as good as new.
The main thing that struck us in a throwaway society is that this company truly care about their Customers, no matter how long ago they made the purchase so would never buy anywhere else.

We first used Saxon 22years ago when we purchased 5 pieces of furniture. Unfortunately 1piece took the brunt of the wear and tear. We contacted Saxon again last year to see if we could replace one item, which was a 3 seater chesterfield settee.
The service we received was 1st class, they sent a swatch for us to see how it matched, fortunately it’s a very good match. Ordering was easy and delivery was when they said.
I would definitely recommend this company and should I need anything in the future I would definitely go to Saxon

Excellent service from start to finish. We were looking for a new suite and saw the advertisement online and noted how good the reviews were. We decided to visit the showroom whilst away for the weekend. The girl who spoke to us in store was very helpful (and patient may I add) whilst we looked at the various suites (there was so many to choose from).. After returning home and making sure the suite would fit in our room we made our purchase via the phone. As the suites are made to order it came within 5 weeks and was delivered by 2 very nice young men. We are delighted with our new suite (and pouffe) and would highly recommend Sofas by Saxon, the workmanship is exceptional and we have had many compliments. Thank you

"Chesterfield sofa - Knightsbridge line"

I chose to buy my Chesterfield sofa and armchair with Sofas by Saxon for their good reviews on Trustpilot and after visiting their London showroom.
I definitely recommend to try the sofa/armchair before buying (no matter the brand) because different models come with different depth and height of seat, as well as a more or less straight back, and you may not feel as comfortable in all models. Seeing the sofas in the showroom also give you a better idea of its overall size and look.
The personnel at the showroom were helpful and patient (Aisha in particular) to explain the different options (leather types, colour, foot, etc.). The delivery guys were also nice and efficient.
I have the sofa and armchair since only a couple of months (so I cannot judge their durability) but I am pleased with the finish, quality of the furniture and they are comfortable.
