The website of the utsource is quite easy to use and place the purchase order on the website. The customer service is very active and helpful. He treats their customer very well.

"Fake components!"

I have bought some old 2SC2240, 2SC1030 and 2SD600/2SB631 transistors and all were counterfeit parts.
Curves not similar to genuine parts.
Hfe doesn't correspond with the suffix letter (230 instead of 350 to 700).
TO-3 weight lighter than genuine parts.
They clam that they were used parts but it's false because the legs never welded, bent or cut.
Thousands of transistors that have not been manufactured for 40 years are still available.
Complaint to Paypal with full refund.
These fakes have ended up in the trash.
I'm sure that lot of people buy their parts without know that they are fakes.

On the internet, I've never seen this kind of website. They offer very fair online rates. Good customer support and a wide variety of item ratings from customers.

"Lies about stock, not trustworthy"

I ordered a couple items which their website claim they have 10s of thousands in stock, wait several days while they claim to be "collecting" the stock, finally "remind" them that I should've received these items by now, and receive an email saying they don't actually have any and will put my money into their funding account.

Not a chance. Why would anyone do that?

This chip is still listed as 10s of thousands in stock right now, even though they have no stock at all and apparently can't get any. They at least claim to be refunding me now.

Good luck ordering from them.

I found utsource is an excellent website to be used, much easier and fastest to purchase goods, especially electronic good (as i experienced). Meanwhile, I found that the customer service is really helpful, I found him very positive and kind as well as cooperative.
