My experience is that the service provided is expensive where the focus is on grammar and spelling and nothing else. In the reduction in repetition of ideas, coherence and union between paragraphs, editing errors and issues of script the service is not good.

It's so irony to find that the owner of Bridger Jones attributed my negative review to my loyalty to another service while avoiding to explain why they totally failed to deliver what is promised. Don't choose them.

Extremely Disappointed.

I have been regularly using Cambridge Proofreading and Editing service to help me proofread academic writings. But this time I decided to chose Bridger Jones because, first, compared with Cambridge Proofreading, they provide two rather than one editor to work on the project. Second, they claim that their service also includes structure improvement, constructive feedback, and vocabulary improvement. These are not mentioned on Cambridge Proofreading's website.

I paid 50% more of the money on Bridger Jones than on Cambridge Proofreading, but it turned out that there is NOT ANY SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT in the edited text I receive from them, compared with other what I usually received from Cambridge Proofreading.

None of my expectations were met. I can't see the difference brought by the second editor. I can't see any "structure improvement" or "constructive feedback". There are some limited "vocabulary improvement", but this would have also been provided by Cambridge Proofreading anyway.

I give the experience one star. Never choose Bridger Jones.
