I'm another customer that returned a suit and they claimed there was ink pen on the jacket. I literally tried the suit on and then put it back in the original box per their requirements. From my understanding, either I didn't pay attention and they sent me a marked up suit or they put ink pen on the jacket to try to not refund my money.

Honestly, the suit was not as nice as they show on the site, the material was off and it looked a lot cheaper than the pictures. Save your money.

"Save Yourself the Expensive Nightmare"

Suits Outlets does not offer a regular fit for some of their tuxedos and the groom picked a slim fit style. They do not allow swapping of jackets & pants, everything comes as a predetermined pair and nobody on earth is that perfectly proportional. I have spent $60 returning two tuxedos, plus the $160 to buy the original tuxedo, and I still have to get it altered because I had to go so far up in sizes just to fit my thighs and calves that the waist is now 4 inches too big and I am swimming in a jacket that is too wide and with arms too long. I can only imagine how expensive these alterations will be. Frankly go to Men's Wearhouse, pay $150 for the rental, free on-site alterations, and save yourself this nightmare.

"What a rip-off"

This was the second suit I ordered. First order went well. This order was returned as per their instructions. I received a partial credit, they said due to a stain on the jacket. I tried it on once and returned it in the original packaging. If they are insinuating I wore it, the pants are unhemmed. This sounds like a scam, another review mentions the same thing when returning an item.
