Booked n collected on 8th Feb to Macau, China, expected to arrive in 4 to 6 days, parcels arrived n delivered perfectly on 16th n 17th, a bit late than said, but could be explained, no service during CNY, will use this service again👍cheers

"Worlwide Parcel Service and DHL"

ADDENDUM TO THE NARRATIVE BELOW:
My consignment arrived yesterday - more than a month after it was collected from my home. To cut a long story short: the consignment was then flown to Rome, and then spent another 11 days bouncing around Milan, Bergamo, and Bologna (several times) before eventually being sent to Brussels - where it waited for another 5 days before being returned to East Midlands airport. After another couple of days wait, and having lied to WPS about why it wasn't being taken to Jersey (which I have reported to Deutsche Poste who own DHL UK), DHL eventually delivered the package to Jersey.
I am however concerned that despite WPS' frequent contact with DHL on my behalf, nothing actually happened to put matters right - despite all the communications technology, the bar-coding/computerisation of logistics. So, something was not right and seemingly DHL don't care 2 hoots about providing support to the freight agents who have to deal with the customer service. On the other hand, I expected WPS to take a firm hand with DHL - which does not seem to be the case.
At the end of the day, WPS sorted this out eventually and I am grateful - especially for the offer to refund the £117 fee. I have not yet received the fee refund - nor the explanation he offered to provide. So I'l see how WPS close the circle on this debacle.
As regards DHL - I have complained to Dutesche Poste about the disingenuity, and to their regulator (the CAA) about their performance. And, I suggest anyone think of sending a package using DHL should read the reams of complaints on Trustpilot about their appalling service. Maybe WPS should read the reviews and question whether or not my sago is a "one-off". No way - it is in DHL's genes to fail!

This is the start of my original tale of woe which was eventually resolved on 11 March:

Contacted WPS on 9 Feb 20 who agreed to deliver some curtain material (8kg) to Jersey at a PREMIUM (£117) via DHL with a 3-4 working day delivery. Paid.
10 Feb 20 4.0pm Item collected
10 Feb 20 10.18pm item arrived DHL sort facility EastMids Airport (EMA).
11 Feb 20 - still at sort facility
12 Feb 20 still at sort facility
13 Feb 20 still at sort facility
14 Feb 20 still at sort facility
15 Feb 20 still at sort facility
16 Feb 20 still at sort facility
17 Feb 20 still at sort facility
18 Feb 20 still at sort facility
I contacted WPS by Email 3 days ago for an update - no reply.
I tried contact them by phone today - no reply all staff WFH - send an Email they said. Really??
What a waste of space - both WPS and DHL (Don't Hurry Logistics)!
So, think twice about using these 2 organisations because even if there is a glitch they don't tell you anything!!! A PREMIUM price for a C**P service.
