"We enjoyed the ability to hop off and…"
We enjoyed the ability to hop off and on, and see some of Sevilla's beautiful sites. However, information regarding stops and scheduling changed depending on who you asked. We were told we couldn't get on at the stop nearest our apartment so we walked about a mile to the stop before - only to then see people board there during the journey. Then we were told the bus would be making that stop until 7:45pm, but when we were ending the day at 6:45pm the driver made an announcement that our stop was no longer an option and again we made the mile walk home. Not a big deal for us, but if you were with small children or elderly folks it would be an issue.

"Clearer Information"
I think overall the experience was quite good. I am aware the City of Paris does not allow identification of the service on bus stops so I think a learning point is to more clearly identify the stops either on the map or a list. I ended up on a road with two stops and so missed the first bus.

"Badly timed break and catch whichever bus you fancy"
We waited for a very long time (over an hour) only to be taken (out of sequence) back to the start again as the driver needed a break. We then had to queue again (albeit only for a few minutes) before another bus picked us up and we continue tour. Surely with some planning this could have been avoided.
Also, we weren’t made aware (probably our oversight but it was not obvious to us) that although we paid for the City Sightseeing branded tour bus, we could have jumped on the Big Bus branded one as they are both, effectively, the same company. If we had known this it would have reduced our waiting times at a number of stops.

"Thoroughly enjoyable bus journey!"
Thoroughly enjoyable bus journey around the beautiful city of Edinburgh. Made us all want to come back and visit for longer. Definitely worth doing!! Money well spent!

"Buy your tour from another company with real buses not minivans"
If you are buying the PRAGUE tour, don't do it with this company, their buses are not the usual double deckers but minivans where no more than 14-16 people can fit in! Some other companies (yellow buses have them).
If you, at the end made the same mistake as us, buy the 24hr. ticket.
I went to Prague in winter, they didn't put enough buses so we were waiting quite a long time for a minivan to come and then... they were full or not so many spaces available!! Not the greatest experience.

"Had a problem downloading voucher"
Had a problem downloading voucher, but I just e-mailed customer services and they re-sent to my e-mail address, problem sorted!! Had a great 2 days exploring Barcelona, big bus simply the best way to see a new city.

"During my stay in Paris"
During my stay in Paris, I choose your tour bus company as I have many times before in other cities across the world in previous vacations. During this time, I have experienced the worst service imaginable. Not only did you provide false advertising in stating that buses come every 30-45 minutes but the company clearly oversold tickets compared to how many working buses were in operation on a daily basis. With this time table, we were unable to utilize both the red and the blue lines as the length of time waiting at each stop did not allow us to even get on the blue line and sightsee at those stops as we had planed and paid for. At 5 months pregnant, my husband and I had to wait out in the cold for over an hour and a half at various stops along the route, particularly the Eiffel Tower to even catch a bus. When we did get on the bus, it was standing room only. I was made to stand on a moving bus pregnant. At the next stop, your bus driver allowed more people onto the bus posing a safety hazard and overcrowding. I understand the holidays are a busy time for tourist, but your competitors were able to provide 3-4 buses per stop in the same time frame it took one of your buses to arrive. The next day, we were told to get off the bus as the driver was finished for the day at 4:00pm and wait for another bus. When entering the office to ask when another bus was coming, the individuals working could not provide a time as to when the next bus would arrive. This caused not only me, but 50 others to wait in the cold. About 30 minutes later, the bus finally came and as per the previous day, was completely full, standing room only. This is completely unacceptable and hazardous for your clients. I have emailed the company 3 times now with no response. I would like an immediate refund.

"Very polite and helpful staff"
Very polite and helpful staff. However, note that there is only 1 bus!!! So if you miss it at your stop you will have to wait about 1 hour and 20 min for the next one. We called the company and they sent a car that drove us to catch the bus which we had missed. A big problem is that the stops are not marked with a sign!!! This must be fixed as soon as possible!
