serum think has been good , used for more than a year and carry on . Bio-silacum used for 6 months , easy to take , not sure if if has improved even more my hair as hair it’s so fine! and started HRT at same time , but skin definetly has improved a lot , will carry on taking it

I have been using Bio-Pilixin for just about 3 months.
It is the first time I use a product against hair thinning. I carefully selected that product after comparing it with other shampoos and serums with similar claims. Scandinavian Biolab’s claims seemed more balanced and substantiated than a lot of those made by their competitors so I decided to give their system a go (shampoo/conditioner/serum).
I was fully prepared to be disappointed, as I have a mistrust of marketing claims made for beauty/body care products. In this case, the company warns that the products can take up to several months to product results - so my thinking was « that could just be a very clever way of milking people for a few months before they lose hope the products will do anything of what they are advertising ». I remember thinking I was stupid for falling for this, that it would not work and that I was just flushing money down the drain.
I very honestly can say I was proven wrong - spectacularly. Much to my surprise, after the very first treatment, it felt like my hair had a different, smoother texture. After a week of use, I noticed that my hair had a silkiness and a natural bounciness it hasn’t had in years of using expensive hair salon products. It stopped being brittle and I also noticed very fast (2 weeks) that the amount of hair I was losing in the shower had significantly gone down.
Three months on I am beginning to see some tiny new hair growth.
Overall, I am very impressed by the complete change in how my hair looks and feels - it hasn’t looked this good in a decade. I definitely intend to continue using these products. They are worth every penny they cost.
As a side note, I had to contact the customer service of SB due to a misunderstanding about my first order. Jolly promptly and professionally responded (on Christmas Eve no less!) and addressed my complaint immediately. It’s so rare to see good customer service these days, it is worth calling it out. Great company and great products.

I often find when you have a "report issue" email nothing happens and the response coming back are automated and you don't get what you want resolved. But with this, a real person on the end , Hasan , who responded within 20 minutes, understood my report request and actioned with a clear and concise summary. Very impressed!

Trying this product out - i'm in that window of waiting to see results.In the process i bought a gift for someone else and inadvertently ended up with an unwanted subscription. Hasan was very responsive, helped me resolve it, and has been great at communicating with me since. With new companies in particular this bit is often missing - not here, and it really helps customers to have a positive attitude to the brand.
