I have been communicating with Ryan Jackson for the past few weeks trying to book an international trip. I really had no idea on exactly where I wanted to go, and Ryan was extremely helpful in coming up with some great options. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He never hesitated to send me hotel, flight, etc information for any destinations which I had also suggested. What really surprised me though, was how available he was at all times. It didn't matter what day or time that I sent him a message he was very prompt on getting right back to me.
