"Great Customer Service and Amazing Product"

Recently bought 12 boxes from shoestack, I was debating buying some cheaper ones of amazon but when i saw shoestacks i was impressed how they had created, branded and packaged their boxes into a better product so took a chance as they looked great.

I was greated by the founder of the company via whatsapp after the delivery had dispatched letting me know the order was on its way and was also provided with a tracking number. The order arived quickly and the product looks amazing once you have set them up. There is also clear instructions on the box and how to put them together which is great.

I had one small issue with a damaged door but after a quick message a replacemnet was dispatched and with me within a day. You coudn't really ask for better customer service and im so glad i paid a bit more for a premium product. I will definitely be back to buy more in the future, until then its time to fill those stack's! 👌👟

Got a WhatsApp when item was ordered. Shoe stack box Arrived quickly. One of the doors was slightly cracked. WhatsApped a picture and a new door and frame arrived the next day. Brilliant boxes to store your favourite shoes/trainers. Highly reccomend all round.

Outstanding customer service with a real personal touch. It was so lovely to receive a WhatsApp message telling me when my boxes had been dispatched, because it meant I would get them in time for my son’s birthday. Unfortunately one of my boxes had a tiny scratch on the front from transit. This was dealt with swiftly and so professionally. I was offered a refund or replacement straight away. I also had a question about the magnetic contacts whilst assembling the box and was promptly sent a really helpful video via WhatsApp.
The boxes are beautiful and really good quality. My son absolutely loves them!
