"PLEASE READ - AVOID!!"

We have paid money but then lost contact. First they started changing the dates of the excrusions but this was only to keep us waiting for longer....... We have been promised excrusions to happen with VIP tickets but NO CONTACT! My children were crying because we promised to take them to Museum of The Future(for example).

I requested refund via PayPal(on 27th October) but nothing received!!!
