Fraud!! Avoid!! Scammers! Just deposited and couldn't place any bets because my account needed verifying. When I went on settings it wouldn't allow me to verify aa everything was ticked green and said I dont need to provide anything! Customer service basically said tough luck!

cashed out £275 worth of bets (stakes) and all of those separate bets (either 6 or 7), were profitable.

The balance then suddenly reduced from around £315 to £243 and hasn’t returned back to the correct balance since??

So I've somehow had funds vanished from my account, and 'lost money', despite cashing out profitable bets.

Joke of a betting site, got paid out on a bet and horse got disqualified don’t pay first past the post like all other bookmakers and took my wings back after I was paid out. Offered me a €5 free bet which was an insult, not one free bet did I receive off then either since I had joined not that I wanted one but every other bookmakers give free bets regularly to valued customers. Stay well clear lads

Pricing up the 2.04 Perry Barr race to 177% book yet not including the trap 4 which was 11/4,joint favourite was ridiculous.


SBK inability to admit when they've made an error and rectify it is ridiculous. They would sooner lose a loyal customer rather than admit they're in the wrong.The argumentative people working for SBK on chat seem to have little clue about gambling and act like it's their own money they're trying to stop you taking. Their default position is that of being defensive from the start and refusing to budge


I've never come across such a bunch of pinch pennies in my life. They have absolutely no concept of common sense or loyalty. The word goodwill gesture is seemingly an alien concept to them




I'll be betting elsewhere from now on,at least I won't have to tolerate the site going down for Cheltenham yet AGAIN, along with the standard 'sorry for any inconvenience caused ' email

Woeful and misleading. Opened and deposited £10 following welcome bonus offer. Emailed to inform me welcome offer not available to me. No apologies but happy to close my account. Awaiting deposit to be returned. Not to be trusted.

Been using this site for a long time, spent a lot off money, when my bets started winning they wouldn’t let me cash out even though nothing would affect the cash out, when asking about it, the person said “we don’t have to offer a cash out” so basically if your up and you want to cash out, they tell you unlucky, once my bets are up, what are today, this app will be gone, DON’T use this site, avoid at all cost

SCAM company AVOID, will let you deposit but when it's time to withdraw they will do anything to let you get your money. No promotions anything like that, just won a football bet, tried to withdraw and they blocked me, claiming I had to deposit again in order to withdraw.

I made an account with sbk and deposited $25 to also get the bonus placed my bets then they lock my account for verification ok did that and my account is still locked no way to talk to anyone on phone or anywhere only through email. Why didn't they verify identity before accepting money deposit. 2nd no useful way to get a hold of anyone period. Now I just want my deposit back before I do a charge back
