I have just had a few treatments recently from Derma Medical and the bookings done have run seamlessly thanks to Ronalyn and Leah, along with a bonus treatment that I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised about. Leah accommodated my change of appointment a few weeks ago that helped me enormously. The trainers who oversee the treatments have put me at ease and have made the experience run smoothly and have been there to direct the students as required. The students are not your run of the mill trainee beauticians studying Aesthetics and I have had confidence in them administering injections and so forth. I will not hesitate to come again.

Derma medical are an outstanding group. I unfortunately woke up with a cold sore this morning so I couldn't fulfil my scheduled lip enhancing appointment. Ronalyn was so understanding & sympathetic with my situation. What great customer service she gave me. I would give her 10 stars if possible. Such a lovely, caring lady.
