the trainer was very relaxed and enabled questions and discussion throughout the day.
quiz sessions were potentially fun/innovative but if testing knowledge should not have competitive fastest time element and also assumes everyone in room would have a mobile phone and same connectivity!!
practice equipment good.
handouts had to download from own home but were reflective of what was taught.
venue poor as no lunch was initially provided and room not ideal as not everyone could see the tv.
in covid 19 times perhaps smaller group too.
however trainer to re-cap knowledable and encouraged participants to demonstrate knowledge or feel confidant to ask questions.
