We bought our tickets at the start of 2020 before the pandemic, holiday was cancelled but we decided to keep the tickets as there was a lot of companies struggling to stay afloat. Each year we've been charged £25 to Change the tickets even though its a world pandemic. We've also since lost our 'free gift' that we got at the time of booking because they wont honour it. Again we've paid the difference in tickets prices from last year to this year but still havnt got our tickets in the Wallet because I asked for there complaints procedure to make a complaint. Quick enough in getting back to me when I changed the tickets each year or had an' outstanding balance for tickets inflation each year but wont get back to me now. Will never use the company again.

"Not handling Covid19 very well"
Doesn’t seem to be dealing with refunds very well, we paid extra for the cancellation insurance and due to COVID-19 we have obviously not been able to use our tickets, cancelled them back in March and returned tickets straight away. I was informed our refund would take 30-60 days! I already thought this was a long time but understood it’s not a normal situation. However 60 days has been and gone and still no refund and their response to my emails is that they don’t know when they can refund me!
Other companies we also bought tickets from refunded us within 30 days and that’s without us having paid for cancellation insurance.

Disgusting charging £25 to amend booking until next year due to the pandemic, other ticket companies are waiving there fees, but not these ones.

"Absolutely poor service"
Absolutely poor service. We booked 9 Discovery Cove tickets months ago for a wedding in mid-May 2020. Obviously, due to Corvid-19 we are unable to attend. I know they may be busy but despite 2 emails to them we have heard nothing, there is very little information on their website. On further investigation, we have come across others that have been waiting for a response since mid-April. I will be keeping a close eye on this company, which by the way is part of US rentacar, if this is how they are treating their customers I will ensure people remember those companies like this after this is all over.
