"Leasehold extension"

I was put in touch with Lease Law at the tail end of a difficult leasehold extension negotiation. This was at the stage where I would have to apply for tribunal proceedings as the negotiations with the freeholder had been protracted and difficult.

I had the good fortune to have Jade handle the case from here on in. Jade was incredibly responsive from the off and throughout, providing helpful, detailed responses to all my questions. I was kept abreast of progress in terms of contract negotiations and the path to completion, which lead to a timely conclusion with the leasehold being extended as I'd hoped.

Having dealt with other legal proceedings via other solicitors in the past, I can say without doubt this was the best service I've had to date.

LeaseLaw were very professional, personable and supportive throughout the whole process of extending my lease along with my fellow neighbours. It was quite a long process, but throughout the time they were always there to help and support me with any concerns or questions I had throughout the process. They were very patient and get that people don't fully understand the finer details of extending a lease and that comes with loads of questions.

Elizabeth from Lease Law really took the time to explain the whole process to me and make sure that I understood and was comfortable with what was happening. If there was anything I needed to do, they made it very clear, which helped alleviate any concerns that I would do it wrong.
If I had any questions they would get back to me very quickly.
They were able to get me a 999-year extension when I thought I would only be able to get a 99-year one.
I shopped around beforehand, and their fees are very reasonable compared to others.

Overall I would really recommend them to anyone looking to extend their Lease.
