We had relatively complex requirements, needing to find alternative funding for one house which was to be rented out whilst also needing a mortgage for another. Not a problem for Holly who found good products for both. The rental property loan went through smoothly, but for various reasons the house purchase didn't happen before Lockdown 1, and then the sale fell through. We then needed a new mortgage offer for the new house we found, and this was in the very tricky post-lockdown 1 conditions. Again, not a problem for Holly. It still wasn't plain sailing, but Holly steered us through so that we are now the proud owners of a mortgage and loan arranged by Holly (and the houses that go with them).

Throughout this extended saga, Holly has been highly professional and responsive, and my wife and I strongly recommend her based on our experience.
