Support did not contact me or reply me in any way. They did not refund anything. they still lie. dont get scammed by these scammers. They only reply in trustpilot and pretend that they have customer service. i am still not getting any mail from them or any refund for these fake-proxies.

They now replied in small live-chat on their website after i spammed them. they told be, that they refunded me one hour go... but its not. maybe they dont understand that refunds have to go back to the guy who paid it, not in their own pockets.
Anyways. i dont edit this review anymore, even if they would refund in the next years. scammers still are scammers. and only this review on trustpilot was getting them into reaching out, finaly. nothing else. Service is still worst, Support is worst and proxies are not working.
