Ordered for an elderly lady. Flowers were delivered efficiently as requested. Within 3 days the arrangement was in full bloom and looked beautiful in the photo she sent me. They were even better than the picture on the web site. I think they were excellent value for money especially as postage was included. I will certainly use Freddie’s Flowers again

Lovely flowers - exactly like the picture. Delivered on time and in good condition. They were a gift for my Sister-in-law, so we put her contact details on the form, so that she would be aware that they were on their way, but it would have been nice if we too (as the purchasers) had also been informed when they had been delivered

I can only say that after being disappointed with the first bouquet sent to my Mother, Freddie’s Flowers and Caitlin went above and beyond to put things right in the most amazing way. My mum received some new flowers today and they were superb! Thank you for taking our initial feedback so seriously and acting on it. The response was well above my expectation! Will definitely use them again.
