Delivered on the correct day. Beautiful flowers which lasted well over the Christmas and New Year.

Delivered to wrong address. By the time they got round to sending another bouquet they had stopped offering the ones I wanted. When emailed they gave me a selection of only 4 other bouquets so I chose what I thought was the best out of the selection and when I got a photo from recipient they were NOT the ones requested. Very disappointing! And cost me £55 for flowers I didn’t choose & lateness of delivery. These were for my sister as our father passed away. Didn’t have the mental energy to complain again.

The Christmassy combination of flower types and colours was elegant and festive. The flowers have lasted really well, right through Christmas until now.
And the delivery person made the effort to find the house, which a lot of delivery people have given up on. And he was very polite to my aunt, the addressee!
