Too much subject matter and too little time.

Having a physical copy of the book would have been more helpful.

Robert was very helpful by referring to the page numbers when he was talking. He even mentioned that we should have version 2501.

When will I get the physical copy of the book as it would help since it is a open book test?

Combining Income Notes with Reverse REO seemed very last minute.

I like the idea of pursuing overages, as it allows the people who were foreclosed to gain back the money that is rightfully theirs.
