"Waiting on a decision for months."
If you are using their services then you are probably experiencing a hardship or disability. After meeting the elimination period almost 60 days ago, I still do not have an answer about my claim. 4 months without income is a long time and they have no sense of urgency to help. Waiting for weeks on end to get a decision is not acceptable when I have supplied everything requested. It is disheartening that a Christian company does not show compassion or concern for their customers.

I purchased this policy and it was way lower than what it came back as almost $20 difference when I asked one of the representatives why the increase she said it was due to my weight or height I don't remember but it's ridiculous cuz my weight and height is not that much different from what I put on the initial application no I would not recommend this company to anyone and i would rate it as a 1 star if that. I am very disappointed in this company and I can't change the five star rating that is showing above but I'm definitely not raining it a five-star it's a 1 star if that.

Overall, the service was very good and the account got set up quickly. The only deduction I had was because all of the documents needed to set up my account weren't sent at once. It took a few days to get everything to sign to set up my account.
