My ordered arrived damaged , I sent pictures and submitted a claim and then every time I sent a message about the claim I got short "we will check and get back to you" which they never did. I feel very scammed. Buyer beware! I will be turning them in to BBB.

Great selection of all types of flooring and wall tile. We went to at least 6 different floor tile vendors before finding "Regal Flooring". Can't say enough about them and Alfonso, our salesperson. We got our tile for $.75 less a square foot and had a better shopping experience than anywhere else. Great selection, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be shopping there again and I highl recommend them.

Made a order of 500sf of luxury vinyl tile that i had to pick up in tampa, terminal its been a month since the floor arrived i have been trying to contact them since the day the material arrived because they never sent me the transition that we paid for an additional 150$ worth

This morning i tried to contact them for the 10th time hopefully by seeing this they will at least give me a refund

The material was great but customer service they need work
