Toolkit Websites assisted in the design of my business logo and went on to design and build my website for Paws2Walk. They work as a real team and their service is professional and slick. I was given plenty of time to talk about my needs and was encouraged to ask questions. Everything was fully explained and brilliantly well organized. In my opinion they are the best website designers and builders in the South West. At different points in my web journey I was supported in a timely manner by each of the team - their timing was perfect! I was assigned a very skillful and experienced Senior Project Manager who had excellent client insight she knew exactly what my needs were and worked patiently to ensure that each specification and request was carried out meticulously. She designed my logo and had the creative awareness to capture the feel of my business almost instinctively! I was delighted with the final piece of work. I was so pleased that I asked for them to be acknowledged on my website as I was proud to be associated with such a bespoke and first class service. It is rare today to find a company offering a service that still understands that the client relationship is important but Toolkits just got this completely and were always willing to help and offer advice and support when I needed essential information. They were friendly and yet very professional. They deserve their five star rating and I am delighted with the final result. I completed an online request for assistance building a web site using a broker style Company. Within literally one minute of hitting send I received a phone call from Toolkit Websites. They were very professional and seemed to know exactly what I wanted straight away. I don't have much time nor skill in the tech department so the service that I received was personal but proactive enough to allow me the comfort to know that I had an input but things would be done.
