"No product, no refund. Terrible company."

Purchasing was easy enough but a week later, ski goggles not dispatched despite two calls to chase up (and poor excuses for why not). I gave up waiting and cancelled. 8 days later and still no refund.
This company is a joke I think. I'll never shop with them again.

I don't even want to leave 1 star as its the worst company ever. Firstly there address isn't in the UK even though it states it is. Its actually in France, also I purchased the item 3 weeks ago and when I paid it said despatch within 2-5 days and its still not been sent. It gets worse ? They don't tell you when u order that u have to pay 25% of shipping fees in customs when it's arrives in UK before customs will release it. Scammers stay well clear.

"Precio inmejorable, mala atención al cliente"

Precio inmejorable en Black Friday 145€ botas Lange XT Free 80W y 199€ Rossignol Experience 75W Xpress10 de look.
¿Porque de las 3 estrellas? No cumplen con la fecha que ponen en el artículo. Porque el servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo. El teléfono es imposible de utilizar pues siempre dicen que estan ocupados. Si lo haces mediante mail/formulario web siempre responden mediante mensajes tipo robot no personalizados y no respondiendo a lo que se les pide.
El pedido se quedó en aceptado/cobrado hasta 3 días después de la fecha en que lo había de recibir y al escribir un mensaje para anular el pedido lo pasan a "en preparación" de manera que ya no se puede anular. Se vuelve a quedar parado esta vez en "preparación" y al volver a enviar un mensaje para solicitar la anulación por la ley del desestimiento, lo pasan a "enviado" con lo que me dicen que lo he de anular cuando me llegue. Al poner enviado se me ocurre contactar con la agencia de transporte y me dicen que Ekosport no les ha entregado el pedido a enviar. Vuelvo a enviar mensaje a Ekosport diciendoles que el transportista no tenia el paquete en su poder y a las 24 horas ya se lo entregan. A partir de que el transportista tiene el paquete este me llega correctamente envalado y en 48 horas a casa aunque 14 dias después de realizar el pedido en vez de las 48 horas que ponía en su web.
EL PROBLEMA es que no cumplen el plazo que ponen en la web y si lo has comprado para un regalo y una fecha concreta no te llega.

"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service, had an issue with an item purchased that I tried to sort before despatch and they couldn’t care less. The only answer was return the item in a standard pre written email. Wasn’t interested in solving the issue and now we have to cover the cost of a return.

There are better stores that sell the same items for the same price so I wouldn’t go there again in the future.

Delighted with my skis, the process is a little more complicated now with the custom rules, however it was as described on the website and the VAT was promptly returned.

"Please be careful when ordering"

Please be careful when ordering ! ive got nothing wrong to say about the quality of items but the delivery and import tax / refunded VAT leave me very bitter!
they charge £20 for delivery which was slow to leave France, then when it was received they charged Duty to release the parcel which is fine but the VAT they charge isnt what Ekosport calculate although they say they refund 20%, they dont and they dont refund the import duty or the parcel force handling fee. therefore for an order of £225 they charged £20 P&P then parcel force charged me £67 which Ekosport only refunded £40.63....feel ripped off, live and learn, will be last order they get from me and ive spent probably £1000-2000 over last 5 or 6 years with them.

"STRONG WARNING to ALL UK customers!"

STRONG WARNING to ALL UK customers!! Avoid this company as plague !! Eko sport is atrocious, appalling, awful company! I don’t have enough bad words to describe my experience with them. The delivery is not ever guaranteed, EkoSport is using unreliable delivery company who never gets in touch with you about extra charges for custom! Your goods are getting stuck at the border, nobody notifies you and will never find out unless you start chasing them every single day. EKo sport could not even give me the correct update about where my parcel was, they were not sure whether it was in France or UK, I sent them 15 emails after they advised me to contact parcel force for help. I paid extra for faster delivery but goods didn’t arrive on time! I purchased the ski, bindings, poles and ski boots and Eko Sport managed to miss ski boots in the delivery. Customer services non existent, the telephone line is open from 9 till 12 but they never answer the phone! I beg every UK customer to boycott this company and NEVER EVER touch their website.

Bought pair of skies and bindings through the Ekosport.it . Delivered from a France store I think to Italy. In any case, excellent service, fast transaction. Items received as described, bindings mounted by them.

"Just too slow and too complicated"

Post Brexit buying from Ekosport just doesnt work properly. Partly this is due to Brexit, but mostly as Ekosport simply are not geared to service the UK market effectively anymore.

Delivery takes ages (14 days in my case) - and the courier (Colissimo) does not have an update on their portal - even now it shows waiting to clear customs although it has been delviered. You simply cannot track it at all. I knew you had to wait for a ridiculous letter from Parcelforce telling you to pay the VAT and duty, which easily adds 5-7 days to the process.

And I fully realised I had to pay duty and VAT, then reclaim the VAT back. But waiting for a physical letter from Parcelforce, then paying the VAT, only to find that the VAT you get refunded (another 10-15 days later) is not the right amount. You essentially pay 20% french VAT, then pay UK VAT on that total figure (so VAT on VAT), but only get the french VAT back.

I suspect Ekosport could sell to non EU (ie UK) countries EX vat so you dont have a double hit of VAT on VAT, but the response from Ekosport customer service is, well, nil.

You cannot call them - ever - it just cuts you off. You can email them and they might come back to you in 5 - 7 days, typically saying it has been passed to the right department. God help you if something went wrong with the shipment or the product after delivery.

It is simply not worth the notional saving you think you are making. I will try other EU suppliers next time. Ekosport have simply failed to adapt to post Brexit selling. It's a shame as I used to buy every year from them.
