With prices this great I was a little suspicous, however I needn't have been. I bought skis which arrived correctly assembled within the stated delivery time (ordered Wednesday, arrived Monday). No extra tax to pay on arrival. Would shop with them again!

"Faulted walking boots"

I recently purchased walking boots from Ekosport, unfortunately after wearing a few times (5) the seal has come away on the base of the boot.

After contacting their customer service five times (over a period of 3 weeks) I’m being blanked. I did originally get a return request number and was told to wait until I was contacted before doing anything. These boots were over £150, I feel really let down by Ekosport, their customer service is awful!

I would say their prices are reasonable but do not purchase as if you have an unexpected issue no one helps. Sadly, I now have faulted boots, however I will contact the manufacturer to see if they are able to help.

I was concerned buying from ekosport in France - I imagined a long delivery delay and customs charges (following the disaster that is Brexit). But fear not. Delivery was quick and the price includes duty and VAT.

2nd year I've bought skis from Ekosport.
Excellent choice and good efficient website. Best price I could find online for what I was after (again). Really easy painless ordering process followed by super quick delivery to UK. Literally a few days. Skiis packaged securely, no extra hassle for imports or anything.
