Avoid this company.
I'm sure if the product is faultless you'll be fine, any problems then it seems you'll be on your own.
Wonky standalone punch/kick bag I have had one response to calls and emails they half suggest a fix that will likely invalidate the warranty no suggestions on where to buy the fix.
Ridiculous customer service I'm sending the product back at my expense as I you are not responding to me, I will be claiming the postage back as it's a faulty product.

Absolutely shocking experience, advertised false information on a product they are selling, so I asked for a refund and they sent me a business return label instead of consumer label which meant the parcel shop drop-off wouldn't accept the return of their goods. No dialogue from them when I raised the issue (probably thought I'd just accept the loss and leave it) so I paid for my own return label. I then get a Paypal refund and a message saying I'm probably a scammer.... and that's from a company that falsely advertises it's products and makes it difficult to get a refund, give them a miss if I was you.

Got a punch bag from their website and it's awesome! It was so easy to put up in my shed and it has been tolerating my intense workouts so far. Cheap and easy. i love it. Would definitely buy more stuff from here

"Onex pull up/punch bag bracket"

Trades under the name of King of sports&utilities on eBay (same address in Manchester). Construction of their Onex pull up bar/punch bag bracket is absolutely appalling. Angled support bar is weakened by what looks like the process of using a hammer to bash the metal into shape, consequently the square tube section has collapsed at the sides and if that wasn't bad enough the bar is not even perpendicular to the wall. The pull up bar when fitted with it's one screw wobbles about. Terrible. I should have read this companies reviews on this item on Amazon (trading under the name Jeffson) that go back years with complaints with this item.

"AVOID-they ignore you completely"

No order received ordered on 7th August despite promising 24/48 hours dispatch turnaround. No response to emails sent and nobody answers the phone or picks up messages left on the number. AVOID & go elsewhere.

Bought the 4 ft punchbag which is great , but developed a problem with the lower webbing. One X have been fantastic and provided brilliant customer service.

"Great customer service 14months on"

We bought our bag just over a year ago. Nothing to highlight, everything was fine/normal. 14months on we decided to tether the bag using the bottom anchor and within a few uses it broke. We contacted them and there response was superb. They communicated quickly via email. They answered the phone. They explained it was out of warranty which we understood but offered us a goodwill gesture partial refund none the less. Excellent service, would recommend!! Good work guys, thx
