"5 years with Expost - a brilliant service"
I have used Expost for 5 years to manage my UK post while I am working around the world. They forward my post to me quickly and efficiently. The online service allows me to prioritise when mail is sent and, in emergency, even get a copy of a letter scanned to me.
Many organisations are reluctant to interact with PO Box Numbers, so the genuine addresses that Expost use allows me a wider range of correspondence contacts.
I have always found the team to be friendly and responsive. With both e-mail and Skype connections as well as by telephone across hours which suit other timezones, they are very easy to interact with.
If you intend to be travelling around either in the UK or overseas, this is an easy way to maintain a stable base for correspondence.

"Very reliable, fast and friendly service"
I was quite nervous choosing a company to trust with my mail forwarding but a friend recommended expost and I am very pleased with their service so far..
Attentative, fast and professional people that keep you informed at all times regarding your mail and offer many options for scanning, holding and forwarding with email and sms updates when new mail arrives and when it is scanned or forwarded. All controlled via a simple control panel.

What a fantastic service! The web site is really user friendly and the team are very customer focused. Tina helped me out in a big way last week by returning to work one evening to sort through post in order to find the log book for my car log which I had managed to mark for destroying (yes a moment of madness). A huge thank you to you Tina for taking the time to do that for me!!

In an age when some businesses can't be bothered to answer their phones, Expost not only gets the job done but very happily bends over backwards, without settling for second best, and all with a smile and a sense of humour. "I and my wife are into our 3rd year…"
I and my wife are into our 3rd year with Expost, and living and working in Many parts of Europe, the service as been a god sent, I have to say I was sceptical in the beginning, and being in the type of work I am in, security and discretion is vitally important. Also the customer service, well their are few companies I know should follow there lead, I take my hat off to Expost. In all the time and varieties of post ie parcels and letters I have had one issue which resolved in 30min.
We have no reason to change our contract with Expost, long may it continue.

"Expost - an essential and trusted service for expats"
I have been a continuous user of Expost for over 2 years now and would recommend them to anyone requiring mail deliveries from the UK to an international address. The service is secure, fast and very private. Their customer service is excellent (Brodie is particularly polite and helpful at all times) and their website very easy to understand and use.
Whilst there fees are not cheap, given the level of service and privacy afforded by them it is more than value-for-money.
I will continue to use them for the forseeable future and look forward to a continued partnership.

"Confidentiality Assured."
Having previously used a Royal Mail Post Office Box and been disappointed with the quality of service and massively increased costs (cost doubled for 3 consecutive years. Went from £60 to £120 to £240!) I was in the market for a reliable and confidential alternative. My business deals with some of the more unpleasant members of society in my county of residence and so using my own address is, to put it mildly, a risk. I had looked at other services but none offered all the necessary aspects of what I was looking for. Confidentiallity, Reliability, Convenience and Communication when you need it not at their convenience. Having used this service for over a year I am 100% satisfied. It is extremely economical and totally dependable and I have absolutely no qualms about recommending them.
