The website was good, the product is good, the item was delivered quickly and with reasonable packaging. The only thing that stopped me scoring 5 stars is that I wasn't able to pay for my order online after I had added it to my cart. I had to wait for someone to phone me to confirm the order and take my payment over the phone. This appears a little dated, especially having to verbally give my card details on the phone to an employee who might have been anybody and could have used my details for fraudulent purposes.
