Although I placed my order for 1 × Philips Mask Cushion last month, I have yet to receive either the product or any update on progress.
I do also note that you claimed payment on the 30th November, rather than waiting until you had the product ready for delivery.

I had requested the watertank be removed and the cover plate fitted that I purchased. This did not happen.
I also asked for the machine to be preset auto start. This was also not done.
Also, the unit and extra items were placed in a large box with no packing could have been easily damaged in arrived in one piece though

I spent 15-20 minutes twice on option 3 on te phone without advancing in the queue. So I tried option 2 and did get to speak to someone. I was sent the correct items but my request for a report on recent use of my machine resulted in only being able to print one days details.
