It was my first time designing a logo, I looked all over the place for a designer and someone who is professional that could do it in a reasonable time. Then I came across James Morgan.He was super helpful and kept me updated every step of the way.My design came out great!I was so happy to have done business with them at an affordable rate.

Hi guys, my name is Ozzy. I looked at various companies before selecting The Logo Company and I am glad I did. James Morgan customer service is SUPERB, everyday he was reaching out and communicating with me on receiving the perfect logo. The communication was clear to understand and process was too easy to follow. They designed something I had in mind and also the timeline was short. I provided input and James and other creatives used their creativity in developing my perfect logo design. Thanks so much for making this smooth as baby skin. I will also highly recommend, and work with them again.

"Complete rip-off artists"

Don't believe the positive reviews. This company is not only incompetent but a bunch of liars. I had a job done and may have to abandon it. This after spending $200. Here's my list of the problems I had with Logo Grand:

1. They appear to use multiple designers, most of whom are both foreign and incompetent. I would send detailed emails, some with PDF attachments of what I wanted, and either nothing would happen or more often than not, they failed to follow directions.

2. Turnaround time sucks. Total job took about six weeks and I am now dealing with still more problems. List me list two:
a. When I went to print out the letterhead sample, my printer complained that I didn't have the right paper size. Upon examining the file's properties, page dimensions were something like 10.47 x 8.12 (who knows?).
b. On top of that, when I adjusted the default paper size to Letter, everything moved. Don't know why but it took at least an hour to correct it.
c. I guess that the final artist on my letterhead is Spanish. Why? I had this strange problem that when I went to spell check my work, MS Word used a Spanish dictionary. I called Microsoft technical support and after re-installing Word, the tech concluded that when the sample letterhead, the one I would use as my template, was created, it was done so by someone whose default dictionary was Spanish. This information was embedded in the logo created by the artist and could not be corrected by Microsoft.

2. Because they kept screwing up, a Ronald Wayne, my contact tried to suck some cash out of me. Though they say on their web site that the customer owns all rights to the work, he tried to get me for another $150 by saying that if I wanted to trademark my logo, I needed an original certificate of origination that only Log Grand could provide. Something seemed wrong, so I called Vista Print. The Vista Print guy was confused and said my receipt was proof that I owned the work. I wound up not going for it.

3. BTW, since it was some time before I discovered the problem with the Spanish dictionary, Logo Grand has not responded to my requests for a fix.

Avoid this company like you would avoid AIDS.
