"Review of Adirondack chairs and side table."

I ordered the chairs and table on Friday and Meryl and Tony delivered
them on Sunday. To say we were pleased is an understatement, the
furniture is very comfortable and well made, really compliments our
cabin and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. Meryl
and Tony were very helpful, their customer service is second to none,
their comments on our cabin gym made our day! Look forward to ordering
from them again, can't recommend highly enough, Bal and Sukhy.

"Lovely chair and service..."

We saw the Adirondack Chairs after a coffee pit stop at the Ludlow Farm Shop. On our return to Devon we spent a day trying to decide what colour chair to go for and settled on the Blue & White.
Meryl & Tony delivered it in person and we had a lovely chat.
The chair is great and the personal service is excellent. We're trying to decide on the colour of the next one now :-)

From my initial enquiry up to delivery last weekend Meryl’s customer service has been exceptional and a refreshing change from the norm. Communication has been regular, friendly and helpful. Delivery was made personally at a time to fit in with my work schedule which was very much appreciated.

Delighted with our chairs, footstools and table and have been the perfect finishing touch to our summer garden.

Simply the best service, care and attention is what you can expect if you decide to purchase from Tony & Meryl. I've never experienced the owners of a business taking the time out of their day to personally deliver my purchases (twice) despite the long drive up to one of the furthest points on Anglesey, to ensure they arrived in perfect condition, that I was happy with my choice and to see them in situ. Communication was excellent and detailed throughout, whilst I waited for the shipment to arrive into the UK with my matching footstools and I couldn't be happier with them. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I love the bright contrasting colours of the white/turquoise, very beachy so perfect for their location. When I rang Lux Wood Patio I simply expected to place an order, wait for a lengthy delivery date and then battle with delivery companies but the process was seamless and made the purchase of these chairs a delight, seeing how passionate Tony & Meryl are about their product range and how they source them adds to the feeling that you are supporting an independent business who places an emphasis on great personal service as well as supporting local trades people overseas so a win win in my mind. If you haven't guessed I would highly recommend them.

"Smart looking garden chairs that are totally weather proof"

Saw the 2 garden chairs outside a shop in Bude and just had to buy them. We chose the blue and the lime and all was arranged for them to delivered to home once we were back from holiday. Tony and Meryl who delivered them were very helpful and ensured we were happy with everything. Can’t wait until they get the matching footstools in.

Two fantastic adirondack chairs purchased in Bude, Cornwall, the clincher being that, as we couldn't get them in the car to bring home to Suffolk, delivery. No problem as they were delivered free of charge by Tony and Meryl personally. Fantastic product, amazing service and such an interesting and meaningful back story. I smile every time I sit or look at my brightly coloured, comfortable and practical chairs.....worth every penny!

Adirondack chairs were the last thing on my mind when we visited our local Plant Centre. However, a row of blue, green and yellow chairs attracted attention and I decided to sit on one. As there were no cushions I expected it to be most uncomfortable - how wrong I was. I went home and placed a order. A few days later Tony & Meryl Edwards-Geary arrived on my drive with my new chair. After a few minutes showing me how to open and fold it (there is even a video on their website) they carried it round to its new position in the garden. It has been a brilliant buy, very comfortable to sit in and it is able to stay outside in all weathers. An excellent product and excellent service from LuxWood Patio.
