I am impressed with most of hire up, some glitches in the systems but am worling them out.

Working for Hireup is great but it would be greatly appreciated if Hireup took the time out to do home visits to the clients homes to assess the working environment that their workers will be working it.
Also would be appreciated if Hireup carried out a in home on shift assessment for workers that are on workers compensation as some workers should not still be at work while injured and to see if the injured worker can and should be doing what is expected from them as the whole type of care work may not be suitable for them now and also suitable in the future for them to do, that includes getting in safely and out safely of the clients own transport of either the car or vans.
