Evaluation was done as promised and when promised. Options and prices were explained allowing me to choose what I wanted to do. Computer as ready and available for pickup as promised. Staff is courteous and the shop is clean. Very good customer service.

It didn’t take long, also the student discount was nice. It’s kinda funny how they send you a text saying your phone has been fixed but guess who has my phone 🤦🏿‍♂️.

They give free estimates and will explain their diagnosis as well as their opinion as to if the repair is justified ( based on age, useful life remaining, cost of repair, odds of success, cost of new, etc. ). In my case, both repairs were successful, at modest cost, within a few days.

I had installed a video card and the boot time got slower and then the computer wouldn't start when the power button was pushed. I thought I did something wrong installing the video card. The power supply had actually gone bad.

They replaced it and it was ready in less than 2 hours. It's been working perfectly since. It boots now in about 20 seconds.
