I have been buying cars for over 40 years and the service from GVE was the best, bar none. I was a sales director of a software company for 20 years so trust me, I know what a poor sales team looks like. That is not GVE. Julian, Angus and all of the folks I met were unfailingly professional and enthusiasts about cars.
Yet the highest tribute I can pay is that if I compare their performance to that of the manufacturer's dealership network sales teams, several of which I visited in the course of my search for a car, if I were the manufacturer I would think about a performance improvement process sharpish.
