Absolutely loved the Nadine Merabi 'Lola' dress we rented for a wedding this weekend. It came beautifully packaged with a really cute little note and a bag to return with postage paid. I got so many compliments and to be able to wear a £350 dress for £50 that I would probably only wear once anyway just makes complete sense. Will definitely be using again. I can’t recommend this company enough!! The customer service could not have been more helpful. I never rewear statement dresses after I’ve posted them on my instagram and so it makes so much sense to rent a dress rather than pay hundreds of pounds for a few hours!

I have just received my jacket (see photo below), and I see from the label that it is a Tesco product from the brand F&F.

You charged me $49.99, including postage $58.98. At todays’ conversion rate, you have charged me £38.21 (£45.08 inc postage) for a product that is priced at £28 !!! In other words you have over charged me by at least £10.

This is clearly not ethical, and I look forward to receiving a £10 re-imbursement to my Paypal account.

Amazing service from Only Once Dress Hire. I hired the dress and the dress was delivered the very next morning in pristine condition and packaged perfectly in a box. I had so many compliments on my dress at the wedding I attended and I felt a million dollars! I can't wait to hire my next outfit!
