These folks did well in my regard. They unfortunately sold out of one of the particular coloured polo shirts that I had ordered in a certain size. They promptly called my cell-phone and followed up as necessary to make sure I could select a new colour as wanted, or simply cancel and refund if desired since the product in the specified colour and size was no longer. I appreciated the transparency and the honesty from the MENS team and their willingness to reach out when something was not right. Thank you for the kindness and I will certainly be back again

the item wasn’t the right fit and they were very good about accepting a return. the one major downside is that i had to find my own source to ship back. while I don’t mind accepting the cost of shipping, I should get the benefit of their preferred rates when shipping back, rather than swallowing the cost of a one-off shipment.
