We spent 10 days in Saudi Arabia on pilgrimage, and overall, it was a well-organized trip. The transportation was excellent, and Anees was always available to provide advice or arrange trips. Idrees was our agent who put the trip together and did a good job overall. Our hotel in Makkah was the Elaf Kinda, and in Madinah was the Pullman Zamzam. Both hotels were very nice, but we did encounter issues with car access at the Elaf Kinda. Therefore, I would recommend the Pullman in Makkah or the Makkah Tower, which is close to the Elaf Kinda.
