2016年に初めてアカウント作って以来，何度も利用しています。アメリカの倉庫から返品ができますし，とても丁寧に対応して頂いたと思います。
ただ，この間に，保管期限が短くなったり（2021年利用時），今回2022年11月に利用した際には，利用料の料金体系が変化していました。こうした点は，市場環境の変化など，ある程度仕方のないことだと思います。ただ，両者とも利用者にとって極めて重要な情報を，利用者（貴社アカウント保持者）に十分周知されていない点は，貴社の企業としての信用を著しく損ねるものだと思っており，他社への乗り換えを考えています。

Please shorten the time it takes for the package to be reflected after it arrives.
(Depending on the situation, the package is reflected on the second business day after arrival, so I would like it to be reflected on the next business day.)

I want a simple inspection function.
When an item arrives that is not on the list, I would like you to check to see if it is the package I purchased.
Currently, the only way to do this is to charge US$10.00 for a detailed inspection.
That is expensive, so we would like a simple inspection function.
