I am reviewing service and initial feel for the product as my little one is not due until mid September so I have yet to use the actual product, however the quality of the nappies I have received seems good and the service was very helpful to guide me through the options and what might suit me for ordering, based on my home drying options and potential size of my little one etc. Lots of detailed help was offered and also useful social media parenting groups and youtube videos where lots of info can be obtained from real life mums.

We needed a solution for taking clean/dirty reusable nappies to and from nursery for our little one. Having spoken to the Nappy lady team for some advice, these turned out to be the best solution. I bought 4 bags as I do nappy washes every other day. I got two each of the Caribou and Cactus design. Holds about 5 nappies, a change of clothes, wet wipes and water bottle for the little one. It snaps on easily to the pram or you can hook it on using the loop. My biggest concern was preventing leaks and keeping odours contained, even through the hottest days of the summer we haven't had any issues. Washes easily and dries pretty quickly too.
What I didn't realise before receiving the products are that the different patterns were made with different types of material. It didn't seem to have any effect on the use or affectiveness, just purely aesthetic. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these for people using reusable nappies for nursery, on the go or even at home.

Absolute must for anyone interested in cloth nappies and not knowing where to start. I've started with filling in a quesionnaire which was then followed by detailed personalised advice on what products to consider. I could ask more questions and clarified whatever was unclear and always received professional and full response.
I then ordered some of recommended products as a trial and customer service was nothing but excellent. Orders were realised quickly, all items were as described. Also communication was smooth and clear. Can't wait to use more of it!
