Purchased a suite of Ledbury furniture three years ago and the Rattan is breaking, called the company to activate the seven year warranty to be advised the original Moda had gone bust and the new owner was not honouring the Warranties.
That shows me they have no faith in their products

Mark and Ryan delivered our new Moda outdoor furniture and placed them directly into our garage for us. Couldn't have been nicer. Very courteous and helpful.

"Warrantee Claim"

We purchased our garden furniture at considerable expense back in July 2020 and specifically chose Moda due to the excellent warrantee.
Unfortunately, the rattan on our storage box lid has started splitting and breaking up after 3 years and so I placed a claim with Moda, with photo evidence of the damage.
I have just received a response stating the following:

"Regrettably, 'Moda Furnishings Limited' went into Administration on the 14th July and now trades as 'Moda Furnishings' under the new ownership of Giomani Designs Limited. Any orders on/from 15th July shall be fulfilled by Giomani Designs Limited but prior to this date, the orders shall not be fulfilled.

The Administrators are not in a position to fulfill any refunds, replacements or exchanges. Therefore any outstanding warranty claims or exchanges required will unfortunately not be fulfilled. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. We understand that you have placed your trust in us and relied on our products/services for your needs. We genuinely regret that we cannot deliver on our commitment to you."

Absolute waste of money, we're now left with a very expensive, unsightly storage box so for anyone who has a warrantee claim to make, be aware.
