Ordering with Murcal seems like a strange experience for some reason. Maybe just a more friendly customer service be good.

Order two Power view displays and they arrive within 2 days, customer installed and he is back up and running and ready to sell his boat.

I spoke to a representative and explained the application for the part I was trying to buy. After it arrived, I contacted the manufacturer for advise on install and wiring and I was informed that the product is not even close to applicable for my needs (it would fail very quickly if used as described). Murcal tried to charge a 15% restock fee, in addition to return shipping. After back and forth they seemed to have very little empathy or acceptance that they made a mistake, but finally agreed to waive the restock fee. They left a slightly passive aggressive note on the RMA "customer ordered wrong part". I'm frustrated with their incorrect product advice, and when more frustrated with their customer service during return. Will not be back.
