I wish I had never had the misfortune to use this company.
Although the customer service department seems to be quite responsive. I have had 2 extremely bad experiences, which would take far too long to document on here. This is insurance policy is not worth the paper that it is written on.

I recently had to claim on the insurance for an upgrade flying back from Sydney. I had had a fall and after 10 stitches, I couldn't bend my knee and was told to keep it straight or the sutures may burst.
I had the best service & help when I contacted the emergency number. Nothing was too much trouble and was so efficient.
I have already recommended Globelink to several people. I know two, have signed up already.
Until you make a claim you never know how good or bad you will be treated. I cannot recommend more highly this company and those that work for it

In my naievty and innocence I believed myself to be the Client. Indeed I have been a customer of some years with this company.
Yet the telephonic conversation with a member of staff quickly had all the resonance of some awful 'job interview' in which I was rapidly made to feel that I was giving 'the wrong answers' to the questions regarding health issues, with a distinctly combatative tone.
It was a proceedure both fraught and unexpected, since the actual insurance product offered by Globelink is both adequate and comprehensive. It left a sour and distressing mark.
