Pre existing conditions process confusing and contradictory

Fortunately, having never needed to make a claim I’ve cant comment on the efficiency of this vital part of the process. However, the standard policy covers some, but not all, of my pre-existing conditions so I have been referred to the medical screening team. Having made a full declaration of everything, they excluded my pre-existings that were included! When I went back to Global Link they kindly confirmed the pre-existings that were automatically covered, were covered and not excluded on my policy. As stated above: Pre existing conditions process confusing and contradictory
