The best customer support experience I’ve ever had. In error I bought 2 of the same item. I emailed support immediately but past their closing time. By 8.40 the next morning I’d received a reply and acknowledgment of the error. By 19.47 that same evening I’d received the refund into my PayPal account. My blender is 9 years old and copes with everything I put in it. I use it mainly for soups and smoothies. I needed a replacement jug after I dropped the first on a hard floor.
