Took about six weeks to get my prescriptions. That was double the expected time of three weeks. I was out of that particular medication for over two weeks waiting for my order to arrive. The order was absolutely correct, just slower than anticipated receipt.

I was asked twice to pay via Zelle, but it wouldnt accept my payment. Finally, I was able to pay via Venmo, but even after that, I was asked to make payment.
Seems the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.
THEN, I finally get an email that my medicine is not available from the source they had filled it from last time, & they were using a different country.
I sure hope it gets here in time.

Last time I sent a review about the THIRD time I was promised a refund after months and months of NO medications and having paid OVER $500 for a 3 month's supply of Rybelsus- the company replied that it would refund my money by 4/24 and SURPRISE! No refund AGAIN!! RCMP (Canadian Mounties Fraud Department) suggest NOT ORDERING from this company because of REPEATED instances of non-delivery. FRAUDULENT company that needs to be flagged by Trust Pilot. Otherwise why should I trust Trust Pilot
