It's fairly cheap at just £25 to sign up but I suppose you get what you pay for. As a simple logging device it works just fine but be aware of its limitations, for example, I'm unable to accurately log sightings from my home location which is not an airport(!), my local light aircraft field is not listed so I guess I have to ask for it to be in the drop down list, I'm unable to search by generic type, e.g.'Boeing 707' or 'Tupolev Tu-134', I can only search by recorded sighting which include sub type i.e. 'Boeing 707-321C' or 'Tupolev Tu-134A-3' to see how many I've recorded and there is no facility to produce check lists which come in handy when travelling abroad.
If you just sit at your local airport noting the comings and goings then this is fine, personally I found it a bit limited for my needs.

Because of my personnel problems I found it was a hard learning curve foe me. Most people will find it a lot easier.

SpottingLog is a great product and comes in handy if you want to get rid of the old fashion way of logging movements within aviation.
i found the price a little high and maybe needs a rethinking as maybe a starting price of £25 is ok but maybe keep a lower-priced subscription. However, the database is vast and holds a lot of data but don't be surprised but from time to time you'll have to edit some little bits of the information yourself. Overall great product was well worth the money invested.

"Getting Better All the Time"

I have been with Spotting log since its beginnings and have seen it improve greatly since then. Help is always at hand. More improvements are on the way. Good one.
